The ingredients needed to make Pani puri:

  1. {Prepare 250 gms of Suji/Rava.
  2. {Get 2 tbsp of Maida.

  13. {Take 1-2 tsp of black salt to taste.
  14. {Prepare 5-7 pieces of Tamarind or 1Lemon as per your choice.
  15. {Take 1 cup of Dates.
  16. {Get 15-20 of garlic cloves.
  17. {Prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  18. {Make ready 2 tbsp of Jaggery or sugar.
  19. {Get 1 tsp of dry roasted cumin powder.

Pani puri is a mini wheat or semolina ball stuffed with some Pani puri recipe is a mini wonder which always holds a surprising element inside it.   1. For Puri- Take Suji or Rava add Maida salt and bind semi soft dough by adding very less quantity of water and rest for 15-20mins.
  2. Next roll the small portion of dough and start rolling in the big sized roti and then take a small round mould and cut in equal size.
  3. Next deep fry them and keep them in airtight container.
  4. For Pani firat Mint Pani-Clean and pluck the leaves from Mint bunch wash them and grind it in the grinder by adding green chillies and water.
  5. Now add all the spices to the pani salt, black salt, chat masala and tamarind and mix them well and rest it for about 3-4 hours minimum.
  6. Next Dates and tamarind Pani- clean the dates and tamarind wash them well and now add some water and par boil them and after sometime blend them in to thick paste now add salt, red chilli powder and dry roasted cumin powder and add jaggery or sugar as per your choice, add water while serving.
  7. Next Garlic pani- Remove the skin from garlic and chopped them and crush inti nice texture add salt and red chilli powder and keep it ready, add water while serving them,.
  8. Next boil the potatoes and red chick peas by adding salt and while boiling white peas addpinch of turmeric powder and salt, chopped onions, roasted ground nuts keep everything ready.
  9. Now assemble them by taking puri crackle in small hole and fill all the stuff one by one and lastly add all 3 flavours of pani and enjoy them.
  10. Enjoy them can't wait more yumm.
