The ingredients needed to make Kadhai Paneer:

  1. {Get 250 gm of Paneer/Cottage cheese.
  2. {Take 3 of Onion (2 chopped, 1 diced).

  12. {Prepare 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds (roast and grind into fine powder).
  13. {Take 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  14. {Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  15. {Prepare 2 tablespoon of Cream.
  16. {Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
  17. {Prepare 1 teaspoon of Dry fenugreek leaves.
  18. {Get 2 of Bay leaves.
  19. {Take of Oil.

Instructions to make Kadhai Paneer:

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger-garlic paste, saute it for a bit, add chopped onion, saute till it becomes soft then add tomato, cashew nuts and almonds and cook it until it becomes soft and mushy and switch off the flame..
  2. Allow it cook and grind it into fine paste..
  3. Now heat oil in a wok, add bay leaves and Kasuti methi in it then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it and fry it for few seconds then add diced capsicum and onion in it allow it to soft a bit then add ground paste in it and cook it well..
  4. Now add ground spices and salt in it and cook it for 5 minutes then add water as per you requirement..
  5. Now add paneer cubes, garam masala powder and cream in it and cook it for few more minutes and switch off the flame..
  6. Your kadhai paneer is ready to serve now..
